   Easy, steady flight.
   When I received my drone I followed the directions to charge the batteries and controller before use. Then I connected my phone after downloading the Rulo app.connection to my phone is wired so no messing with WiFi between the drone, controller and phone. The first time I flew it outside I was very impressed by the control in 15-20 knot winds. Steady as a rock! Return to home functioned very good. It landed back on the pad it had taken off from. I’ve flown it with and without GPS. I found it a little less steady but quite functional with the GPS disengaged. My flight time per battery averages 25 minutes, mostly because I always seem to fly when it’s windy. I flew it once in light rain without problem. I found flying it inside where the ceiling was about 12 feet high quite challenging. I won’t be doing that again. I have crashed it twice and did hit a chair which put a small crack in one blade. Have flown it outside with no issues due to the cracked blade.The video is clear and crisp. No vibration on the video. I’m still learning all the ins and outs this drone offers. I have contacted customer support a few times and they were able to get back to me the same day. They answered my questions clearly and let me know to ask whatever until I was satisfied. This drone is really smooth and wind- hardy.i recommend this drone for first time users who want start off with a great recreational use drone.

   This thing is awesome!
   First drone ever, and I’ve crashed it already 😂 but it survived the other one to! Super durable, blades come with replacements so it’s not a huge deal it was still flying, but easy to change out! Controls are a bit weird for me because I’m a gamer and directional is usually on the left where as the looking around/elevation controls would be on the right. Still very awesome ill get over it in no time! Really pricey, haven’t seen pictures with SD card available. So I think they get compressed so the stuff sent to phone is decent, but certainly not 4k because when you zoom it’s blurry. This drone has zoom! The camera moves up and down kinda slowly, but the image is so, so stable no matter how much it’s moving around in the air! The launch is pretty straightforward, and doesn’t overwhelm when it takes off so you don’t have to over correct it’ll just jump like 4 feet and stay there so you can ease into the controls. The return home function is awesome, but doesn’t land where it originally took off, I read it has to kinda see where it took off so have the camera gave down if I had to guess? Otherwise it’ll be a couple feet off so make sure landing is clear! Haven’t figured out the other functions yet, but I’ve been working and watching videos! 3 batteries seems very reasonable, support fast charging blocks or I think like 30w chargers. Haven’t had a chance to deplete a full battery yet so can’t say total fly duration per charge. Haven’t taken it very high yet, or far so can’t speak for the connection, but it seems very stable.

   Great entry-level drone, great customer service
   The F11GIM2 is a solid, compact, easy-to-fly drone with great features, tremendous range, and a handy case that carries everything. I also purchased propeller guards and snap-on landing gear from HeiyRC, the former because I’m a relative novice and the latter because the extra 1.14″ lift off the ground helps the propellers clear the grass. (If any of the 4 props are unobstructed even the tiniest bit when you start the motors, do NOT try to take off; use a landing pad and/or landing gear.)It supports Remote ID as of September 2023, which makes it super-easy to register with the FAA. Grab a cheap label maker if you don’t already have one to put your FAA registration number on the unit.A couple of pro tips for the microSD card:1. Get one!2. Ensure U3/V30 or better speed3. Use a free utility like DiskGenius to format it as FAT32 with 64KB allocation unit size (exFAT format doesn’t work, a utility is needed because Windows OS will not format as FAT32 a card with >32GB capacity, and 32KB allocation unit size also doesn’t work)Customer service: Fantastic! First, I emailed in the evening to get my Remote ID, and it was waiting in my inbox in the morning–super-fast. Next, they they helped me work out how to get the microSD card formatted properly as mentioned above, including that tricky little final detail about the unit allocation size. Lastly, I noticed that the gimbal was not moving at all during the startup sequence or during flight. I sent a video demonstrating the issue so that they could see that I was indeed doing all the right steps with no signs of life from the gimbal, and they advised that they would be sending a replacement bare drone free of charge. You can’t ask for better service than that.
