   Well packaged
   It was fast delivery! I needed the new ink urgently I ordered and it came faster that I expected. Well packaged, was worried if the product might damaged during the shipping but everything was in placed nothing was damaged 🙏 very easy to install even if you never done it before by yourself you can replace it within 10 mins total. Also result was very satisfied. Sharp and clear images and letters! Everybody in my office is very satisfied with this purchase 10/10 recommend!

   Well Packaged!
   Package arrived on time. I was worried the toner wouldn’t be packaged properly, but it was definitely secured! The toner was easy to install and when printing its quality is excellent! I 10/10 recommend this ink!

   Doesn’t work
   This is supposed to work in my printer but it doesn’t. My printer gives me a message that it is blocked because it contains a non HP chip. I was very careful to make sure it would work I. My printer when I placed the order. Unfortunately I made a $200 mistake and it will not work as promised. Also while they claim to have great professional after sale support staff there is no way to contact them.

   Worked for a few days then stopped (plz read edit)
   This toner worked for a few days then the error message in the video and picture submitted came up. Needless to say I haven’t been able to print since. I’m very disappointed because I’ve bought toners from other company on Amazon with no issues. This is the first time I’m encountering this issue and it’s with this specific brand.EDIT: I fixed the problem using posts from Reddit. Turns out the new firmware update on the printer prevents it from using after market toners.    Won’t work with my HP Color Laser Jet Pro M255dw – not a compatible chip
   I had the same problem that others reported. For some reason the black ink works, but when I installed the color ink the printer gives me a message that it is blocked because it contains a non HP chip. I didn’t discover this until I had already installed the cartridges, so I’m just out the $200.
