   Easy to Use and FAA Approved – UPDATED
   I had a superb experience with Bwine support that I wanted to add to this review.I have been using my drone successfully for 6 months, but I had something odd happen on a landing and the drone tilted over upon touch down with the props still turning. There was no apparent damage to the props, so I attempted to use it again later in the day. Evidently, there was more damage than I realized and the next take off resulted in an immediate more severe crash. I contacted Bwine and they were VERY supportive and helpful. They responded quickly, reviewed the flight logs, and got back to me very quickly. I was hoping to simply get some support to repair my drone, but they very kindly replaced it. I don’t know if I would expect that from them for every crashed drone, but they went above and beyond for me in this situation. THANK YOU Bwine!Shipping: – I received the drone the same day as promised by Amazon. – The drone was well packed in multiple levels of boxesInitial Perceptions and Setup – The drone comes in a nice bag that will hold all of the components. – Charged up the batteries. Only down side to the whole package is that a charging block wasn’t provided. I had to use charging blocks from my phones and be sure it was the correct amperage (3A). I did receive several USB cables. – Drone appears to be solid and well made. – Received 3 batteries and an extra set of props (and extra screws). – Loading and setting up the Bwine Drone app was simple.First Flight – This was the most pleasing part of the purchase. It is amazingly easy to fly and use. The App takes you through all the steps to help you remember the process to calibrate the drone compass. – I went out on a nice day with a bit of a breeze (noticeable, but not a strong wind). The drone held positions VERY well and the camera worked well. – Live camera view is very good using the App. – Landing is very easy. You can assist, or it will land itself. I did take out a 3’x3′ piece of plywood as a launching platform. I did have to move it only about 3′ when I used the self landing capability…which considering GPS accuracies is pretty amazing. – Took several pictures. Resolution is good, but not amazing. I am satisfied with the pictures considering the distance and the fact the drone is moving in the breeze.FAA Registration – Was very pleased that the drone was found on the FAA site and it did have Remote ID capability. Was a little worried after some of the early 2023 reviews, but it is US FAA approved.Overall, very satisfied with my purchase especially given the special Black Friday pricing I received. Looking forward to going out again and trying more of the App functions.

   Excellent beginner drone and amazing customer service
   This drone is absolutely worth the price! One of the reasons I chose this one was because of the controller – it’s very well designed, gives a lot of information on the screen, and is very solid, unlike other controllers that I’ve had. The phone app is very thoughtful in its design and easy to use. The camera quality is good – not as good as more expensive drones, but that’s because they are more expensive! After the inevitable crashes, replacement parts are inexpensive and very easy to replace. Once you get used to the controls and how the drone reacts, it’s very easy to fly and can handle wind quite well. I’m not sure what the actual distance is, but I can confirm that 850ft at 200ft the drone continues to respond.I have had a couple of issues and will say that Bwine customer service is excellent! Not only were they quick to respond (within 24 hours each reply), the rep seemed to care about my experience with their product and I was very satisfied with their solutions!

   A Well-Packaged Drone with a surprisingly smooth setup, 4K footage, and flying experience!
   If you are like me, you have probably flown a drone from TEMU, AliExpress, or even Amazon. While taking flight with them is fun, the experience, video footage, flight stability, speed, and wind resistance never meet your expectations. If this sounds familiar, you are reading this review because you want to know if this drone will satisfy your craving—the answer is YES!On Cyber Monday, I knew it would be the best opportunity to justify buying a drone (lol), so I searched on Amazon and found this one. The discounted price caught my attention, but the flight footage I saw in the reviews kept me interested. I pulled the trigger, and I couldn’t be happier!Here is what you need to know:1. It records in 4K directly to your phone in stunning 4K quality (even at night!)2. It comes with three batteries (charged using USB-C)3. It takes about 10 minutes to set up (don’t overthink it). To calibrate, rotate horizontally and then vertically—you will need to do this each flight, so get used to the idea.4. It comes well-packaged with a carrying case5. The drone lands when the battery falls below 47%. It’s annoying, but with three batteries, I forgive them, lol.6. If you’ve flown a drone, The remote control is simple and easy to use.7. It comes in beginner mode, limiting its maximum height to about 100 feet in the air. Turn off to fly higher!8. It is loud at close quarters. Keep this in mind if you are flying it outside the house like my son and I did. The neighbors will notice. When it goes up above the ceiling, it is not as obvious.9. It has a tracking feature! If you lose it, you can locate it in the BWine app.10. The app keeps a flight log, which came in handy when I needed to report a flight concern to customer service. My problem was that the drone shut off during a flight in midair, causing it to fall. They agreed to replace it. They are friendly and responsive!Many drones are competing for your interest and purchase. This one caught my attention, and I am satisfied with it so far. I wish you the best in your shopping!

   Great drone, excellent customer service
   I am far from a drone expert, in fact I would consider myself a drone beginner, but this drone performed great for me. It was remarkably east to fly and I took many aerial photos that I was able to print as larger scale formats (20x30ish) and they look great.Unfortunately, after about 9 months the controller and drone stopped talking to each other, but customer service / tech support immediately offered to send me a replacement unit even though I had waited to call them until slightly after the 1 year warranty had expired.
